A great opportunity has come for the youth looking for government jobs in Madhya Pradesh. Madhya Pradesh Power Transmission Company Limited (MPTRANSCO) has issued a notification for recruitment to a total of 633 posts including Assistant Engineer, Law Officer, Junior Engineer, and Line Attendant. This recruitment includes many important posts of Technical, Law and Technician category.
The online application process will start from July 4, 2025 and the last date to apply has been kept as August 4, 2025. Interested candidates can apply by visiting mptransco.in.
The highest recruitment in these posts will be of Assistant Engineer and Line Attendant. Apart from this, there are sufficient vacancies for Law Officer and Junior Engineer. The entire recruitment process will be through computer based examination.
Talking about educational qualification, candidates should have BE, BTech, Diploma or related field qualification from a recognized institute. Along with this, experience may also be required for some posts. The pay scale has been fixed differently according to the post, which can start from about Rs 19,500 and go up to Rs 1,77,500 per month.
The application fee has also been fixed according to the category. General category candidates will have to pay Rs 1200, while SC, ST, OBC, EWS and Divyang category candidates who are natives of Madhya Pradesh will have to pay Rs 600 as application fee.
Talking about the age limit, the minimum age for most posts is 21 years and for some posts like line attendant it is 18 years. The maximum age is 40 years for general men, while for women and reserved categories this limit goes up to 45 years.
The selection process will be done completely through computer based test (CBT). 100 multiple choice questions will be asked in the exam, which will be of total 100 marks. If two candidates get equal marks, then selection will be done on the basis of tenth mark sheet.
