Ex-Accenture techie to make Telugu debut in Nani's HIT 3. Who is Srinidhi Shetty

Before the glitz and glamour of cinema came calling, Srinidhi Shetty was just another engineering graduate working a steady job at Accenture. But behind the corporate cubicle sat a dream that refused to fade — one that eventually catapulted her into the spotlight with KGF. After winning a beauty pageant in 2016, Srinidhi’s destiny took a sharp turn when the makers of KGF approached her with an offer she couldn’t refuse. According to Deccan Herald, the actress recalled, “I didn’t think twice before taking it up.” Now, she is gearing up for her Telugu debut, HIT 3, opposite Nani.

Did you know that Srinidhi is an engineer? She holds a degree in Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Jain University, Bangalore. Shetty was a top finalist in the Fresh Face contest, later winning Miss Karnataka and Miss Beautiful Smile, and was crowned 1st runner-up and Miss Congeniality at Miss Queen of India. While working as a model, she had a brief stint at Accenture as well. Then, she marked her debut with KGF, where her performance grabbed everyone’s attention.

Now, she is set to chart new territory with her Telugu debut in HIT 3, releasing on May 1, 2025. The action drama, produced by none other than Nani, has already created a solid buzz. She will be playing the role of Nani’s wife in the film, directed by Sailesh Kolanu. The story is about Arjun Sarkaar, an SP with the HIT unit in Visakhapatnam, is transferred to Jammu and Kashmir to lead a high-priority investigation into a string of brutal murders committed by a gang of serial killers.



The promotions for HIT 3 are in full swing, with Srinidhi Shetty making her much-anticipated Telugu debut in the film. Speaking about landing the role to 123Telugu, she revealed that she didn’t think twice before saying yes. “When someone like Nani offers you a film, you just take it. He’s a brand in himself,” she shared. Although not prominently featured in the promos, Srinidhi emphasized that her role—as Nani’s wife—is pivotal to the film’s narrative. Directed by Sailesh Kolanu, HIT 3 promises a gripping ride.

Srinidhi Shetty marked her debut with Yash's KGF. Her remarkable role was of Reena, a character distinctly different from the wild, rugged Rocky, played by Yash. Reena’s elegance, independence, and subtle arrogance stood in contrast to Rocky’s fiery unpredictability. Portraying this character required Srinidhi to transform her naturally cheerful self into someone more poised and emotionally layered—relying heavily on expression over dialogue. Accordign to Deccan Herald, despite having no prior acting experience, she has credited director Prashanth Neel for guiding her with precision, making her feel at home on set from day one.
