Team India all-rounder Nitish Kumar Reddy was seen running back to the hotel room due to forgetting something behind before getting inside the team bus. A video of the same surfaced on social media as Reddy ran back to the hotel before returning quickly to get back into the team bus as India were seemingly heading to Birmingham for the second Test against England.

Reddy, who had an outstanding series in Australia, couldn't find a place in the eleven for the first Test against England, with India preferring to go with Shardul Thakur for a fourth pace-bowling option. However, the seam-bowling all-rounder could feature in the XI for the Edgbaston Test, considering the tourists must level the series, so as to avoid falling further behind.
