Indore (Madhya Pradesh): The district administration’s drive to free government land from the encroachment continued on Thursday also, when a team of district administration removed the encroachment made over 1.307 hector land of Shri Ram Temple located in village Bhangarh. The value of the freed land is estimated at ₹ 25 cr.
Collector Asheesh Singh had received information about the encroachment in Juni Indore tehsil. The land is registered in the name of Shri Ram Government Temple.

Thereafter, under the guidance of Soni, Preeti Bhise along with the staff of Indore Municipal Corporation and Revenue Department removed the encroachment.
The estimated value of the land freed from encroachment is about ₹ 25 cr. The land is now protected by wire fencing and an information board has been put up mentioning that the ownership of the land rests with Shri Ram Government Temple.
