MS Dhoni IPL 2025: Chennai Super Kings became the first team to be eliminated from the playoff race in IPL 2025. Under the captaincy of MS Dhoni, CSK defeated Gujarat Titans by 83 runs in their last match.

Chennai Super Kings' IPL 2025 journey is over, IPL 2025 was the worst season for them. Why did MS Dhoni get angry?

Dhoni looked a bit tired and angry against Gujarat. He was seen getting angry at all-rounder Shivam Dubey and Sri Lankan bowler Mathisha Pathirana who were part of the team. Actually, when Dhoni was fielding before Ravindra Jadeja's over, these two were not listening to him.

Commentators said that Dubey and Shivam did not listen to his orders. When fielding was set, the next ball was caught by Pathirana standing at short third man, and he caught it and sent Shahrukh Khan to the pavilion. After this Dubey dismissed Sai Sudarshan at backward point.

IPL 2025 Playoff Schedule

Gujarat Titans, Punjab Kings, Royal Challengers Bangalore and Mumbai Indians have made it to the IPL playoffs. The Qualifier 1 match will be played on 29 May at the Mullanpur Stadium, in which Punjab has confirmed its place. After this, the Eliminator match will be played on the same ground on 30 May.

The team that loses in Qualifier 1 and the team that wins the Eliminator match will play Qualifier 2 on June 1 at the Narendra Modi Stadium. After this, the title clash will be held on June 3.
