made a candid admission on the latest episode of this week about her phone duchess. The Duchess of Sussex, 43, sat down in the episode for a conversation with Reshma Saujani, the founder of Girls Who Code. During their chat, Prince Harry's wife spoke about how much she loves being a mum to Prince Archie, five, and Princess Lilibet, three.
The duchess also admitted that when she isn't with her children, she scrolls endlessly through her phone to look at pictures of them. She said on episode two of the podcast: "I love being a mom so much, it's my favourite thing. But then sometimes, you're like I just need a break, I just need a minute, but then the second you step in the other room, I'm like, 'let me scroll through pictures of them endlessly on my phone'."
She continued: "And my husband is like 'my love' can you just give yourself a minute, why don't you go work out, or go take a bath. And I go, 'I know but I just want to cuddle them.
"It is the parenting paradigm, where it is so full on but I wouldn't trade it for anything."
This is not the first time Meghan has mentioned Archie and Lilibet in her podcast series. In episode one, the duchess spoke about how Lilibet is often at home during the day as
Speaking about juggling parenthood and work, Meghan said: "If she (Lilibet) wakes up and wants to find me, she knows where to find me, even if my door is closed to the office. She'll be sitting there on my lap during one of these meetings with a grid of all the executives... I wouldn't have it any other way."

While Meghan and Harry's children have been kept out of the public eye, Meghan has stared showing snippets of their lives on her Instagram account which she launched at the start of the year.
On various Instagram posts and stories, the duchess often shows her children without revealing their faces to the camera as they enjoy quality family time at home.
