Meghan Markle endured an embarrassing blunder with her new As Ever product launch earlier this week. The Duchess of Sussex released a fresh wave of products on August 26 to coincide with the second series of her lifestyle show 'With Love, Meghan' on Netflix.
When new episodes dropped on the streaming platform on Tuesday, some featured a QR code that, when scanned, would take you directly to an online shop where Meghan's products were available to buy. But, there was a technical problem as generic shirts with the words "example product title" were showing on the screen.
Undeterred, Meghan's team announced new As Ever products would soon be hitting the shelves, and a newsletter revealing the product drop stated it would include a "delectable new fruit spread" - which was orange marmalade.
Tuesday's product launch included a restock of the Duchess of Sussex's herbal teas, which come in lemon, hibiscus and peppermint flavours. Flower sprinkles, shortbread cookie mix, raspberry spread, and crepe mix all returned to the As Ever website.
Netflix's Chief Content Officer hailed Meghan Markle's products during a press release issued earlier about Meghan and Prince Harry's 'first-look' deal with the streaming giant. The new agreement will include Netflix working with Meghan to expand the range of products she creates under her 'As Ever' lifestyle brand.
Bajaria said: "Fans have been inspired by With Love, Meghan, with products from the new As Ever line consistently selling out in record time.
"We're excited to continue our partnership with Archewell Productions and to entertain our members together."

Earlier this month, however, Meghan Markle's lifestyle brand made another awkward blunder after posting a promotional video on Instagram stories for cookies that featured an insect crawling on the food.
One user commented: "There's literally a BUG crawling around on the plate! You think Meghan would notice this BEFORE posting!"
A second said: "OMG...there IS a bug! I had to look really hard but it is definitely there!"
A third said: "Oh my god there is a creepy crawly on the plate."
Subscribers to the As Ever newsletter were informed: "Many of the beloved products that you've come to enjoy as staples in your home will be available, with the addition of a delectable new fruit spread. And just to add to the music to your ears, we are excited to share so many more new offerings as we transition into fall."
