Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have made a surprise "appearance" in the second series of the popular Netflix show, Nobody Wants This. The couple, who live in the US, were referenced in the show during a fight between the character Joanne and her sister Morgan over a budding relationship.
During an argument, Joanne, who is played by Kristen Bell, says to her sister: "Am I supposed to believe everything you say? According to you, you could have been Meghan Markle". To which Morgan replies: "I said I saw Prince Harry at a bar and there was a vibe, okay? And there was a vibe!"
Meghan, 44, and Harry, 41, had a reported £78million deal with Netflix before it was announced that they would extending their creative partnership with a multi-year, first-look deal earlier this year.
Harry and Meghan signed the deal just months after announcing that they were stepping down as working members of the Royal Family.
The 44-year-old discussed their "first-look" deal, which was announced back in August, during her appearance at Fortune's Powerful Woman Summit in Washington DC earlier this month.
Joining Alyson Shontell, Editor-in-Chief and Chief Content Officer of Fortune Live Media, on stage, Meghan said: "My husband and I were in an overall deal with Netflix...and then the extension of it...was now being in a first look deal, which is also exciting because it gives us flexibility to go to our partners first, and then at the same time be able to shop content that might not be the right fit for Netflix but has a home somewhere else."
She also appeared to discuss the possibility of a third series of her show, With Love, Meghan.
She said: "Well, the holiday special is coming out in November and it's a really good one. So we're able to say eight episodes for two seasons - that's a lot of work.
"And having done Suits for seven years, I remember what goes into production - how much people want content in different sizes.
"So what we're testing out now - it's amazing to be able to sit and watch a show for 30 minutes but how can I give you a recipe in two minutes and be able to share that with you - and how that continues to grow As Ever."
