PATNA: Bihar's INDIA bloc partners on Thursday picked RJD 's Tejashwi Yadav as the chief of election coordination committee, tasked with settling seat-sharing issues, chalking out poll strategy, and preparing a common manifesto and a common minimum programme for assembly polls this year. Tejashwi's appointment comes days after he met LoP Rahul Gandhi , and Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge in Delhi.
RJD considers the development as his acceptance among Mahagathbandhan partners as their CM candidate. "We are very happy as grand alliance partners have indirectly accepted him (Tejashwi) as the CM face," RJD spokesperson Chitranjan Gagan said.
